"I spoke to Michelle today who assisted me with links to dividend payment logins. I am not computer savvy at all and her expertise was greatly appreciated. Her patience was very refreshing and she made me feel at ease as she walked me through the process. I called minutes before her shift was to end and offered to call back the next da, but she refused and stayed on the line with me until we finished. This type of customer service is so needed in person as well as over the phone. Thank you so much Michelle, I really do appreciate you!!!"

I was greeted on the other end with “ It’s a great day at State Farm” and my quick response being the jokester that I am “No it’s not,”but the voice on the other end continued to say it’s a great day at State Farm and it’s my birthday, how may I help you. We both begin to laugh as she preceded with my payment. "Had been calling around to compare against my current coverage and State Farm came up way less expensive than everyone else online. What really sealed the deal was the call from Troy Ingram. He is friendly and professional, and I really like the fact that they are locally based and we were able to talk about life in Memphis.
